- wake up at 9 am
- do 100 jumping jacks right after I got up
- do 5 push ups
- do 10 leg lifts
- do 10 crunches
- light jog for 5 minutes
- 15 high knees
- have breakfast (1 egg, 1 slice of whole grain bred with cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 banana, 2 cups of water, 1 big cup of green tea)
- get my hair done (haha its so messy in the morning)
- go for a half an hour walk with my dog <3
- spend some time reading, watching tv, computer or anything else
- jog in place for 10 minutes
- do 100 more jumping jacks
- 10 push ups
- 10 sit ups
- 15 high knees
- 100 jumping jacks again
- 5 burpees
- have lunch (not rlly sure bout that yet but it will be healthy i swear + 2 cups of water)
- go for a 15 minutes walk with my dog <3
- have some more time for me
- take a loooong shower<333
- have dinner
- try to finish my new book :) love it
- sleeeeeeeep <3
will be great & make me feel better after yesterday and todays failure :/
