  • go for a 30 - 45 minutes run at 4pm on every monday,wednesday,thursday,friday
  • (45 mins of swimming),butt+legs workout every monday
  • (90 mins of PE lesson), 300 jumping jacks every tuesday
  • arms workout every wednesday
  • stomach workout every thursday
  • thighs + stomach workout every friday
  • 500 jumping acks every saturday
  • 5 minutes jumping rope every sunday
