omg I cant believe I really ate so much crap today :((
breakfast:
- 2 slices of whole grain bred with low fat cheese & cucumber
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of green tea
- 2 cups of water
lunch:
- 6 mc chicken nuggets
- a hot cocoa from starbucks
- 2 muffins
- 1 cookie
Dinner:
- 2 slices of whole grain bred with low fat cottage cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 apple
OMG I HATE THE LUNCH PART !!! :( But cuz my friend was here I just couldnt say no :( omg I feel so horrible. Tomorrow’s definitely gonna be a SWEAT DAY. I swear I’m gonna make it like it didnt ever happen.
