just ordered some sushi ..
this is what I call a nice & healthy lunch :)
Today is awesome so far !! I had 0,1 %fat yogurt with a little bit of cereal!! + 4 cups of green tea :)
And for Dinner I’m gonna have an Avocado Smoothie + 2 tomatoes with low fat cottage cheese.
Workout plan:
200 jumping jacks, 10 mins jogging, 30 lunges, 20 squats, 20 leg lifts, 10 minutes jumping rope
