Today’s Workout/Cardio

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • jump as high as you can 10 x
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 5 minutes jumping rope
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 20 squats
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 5 burpees
  • dance 10 minutes
  • 5 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 50 jumping jacks

still have energy?

  • jog in place slow for 20 second then fast for 10 seconds (repeat 5x)
  • dance :)
