Yeah :) DELICIOUS <3
So for breakfast I had:
1 slice of whole grain bred, turkey breast, cucumber, cottage cheese, salad, green tea, tomato, banana
Snack:
0,1 % fat yogurt with 1 banana.
Lunch: Nothing (wasnt hungry)
Dinner: low fat curd with red grapes, almonds, a banana smoothie made of 2 bananas and a little bit milk, a kiwi.
Yesterday: SUSHI :)
