Feel hungry? Make sure if it’s real hunger or just boredom. Count to 10 SLOWLY & take 1 sip of water between every number! Still hungry? Eat some vegetable or fruit :)

Although its freaking cold outside..
.. KEEP GOING !!!.. If you don’t like running outside while snow’s arround you and its very cold you can also jog in place in your room. Or if u have a big room u can run in small rounds. just keep going. This is what I do. I run in my room. lol. It’s important to not let the weather ruin all ur effort !! :) YOU’RE STRONG, YOU CAN DO IT, YOU WILL DO IT !!

I know I weight a lot less than this woman but..
actually I feel just like her.. but lol.. I’m happy I’m way closer to my goal weight than her… 20 lbs more. I already lost 26lbs. I can do this..I WILL DO THIS

Morning
doing my 100 jumping jacks, 5 push ups, 5 crunches, 10 leg lifts, jog light for 5 mins & 15 high knees now :) After that I’ll have breakfast :) I have a feeling that its gonna be a nice dayy

PLAN FOR 4th FEBRUARY
wake up at 9 am do 100 jumping jacks right after I got up do 5 push ups do 10 leg lifts do 10 crunches light jog for 5 minutes 15 high knees have breakfast (1 egg, 1 slice of whole grain bred with cottage cheese, 1 tomato, 1 banana, 2 cups of water, 1 big cup of green tea) get my hair done (haha its so messy in the morning) go for a half an hour walk with my dog <3 spend some time...

NEW CHANGES TO STAY FIT
go for a 30 - 45 minutes run at 4pm on every monday,wednesday,thursday,friday (45 mins of swimming),butt+legs workout every monday (90 mins of PE lesson), 300 jumping jacks every tuesday arms workout every wednesday stomach workout every thursday thighs + stomach workout every friday 500 jumping acks every saturday 5 minutes jumping rope every sunday

WORST DAY EVER :(
omg I cant believe I really ate so much crap today :(( breakfast: - 2 slices of whole grain bred with low fat cheese & cucumber - 2 eggs - 1 cup of green tea - 2 cups of water lunch: - 6 mc chicken nuggets - a hot cocoa from starbucks - 2 muffins - 1 cookie Dinner: - 2 slices of whole grain bred with low fat cottage cheese - 1 tomato - 1 apple OMG I HATE THE LUNCH PART !!!...
